Discussion: Will Adele Release an Album 2013? Feb 6th 2013, 03:33 Since Adele news has been so dry lately, I've been questioning if she is even working on an album right now. After searching forever nothing much has pop out. Is she going to release an album this year? Are we even gonna get new material this year? Has she even started her album yet? The only confirmed news about Adele for recent events is that she will perform at the Oscars and possibly (most likely attend the Grammys). She has planned to stay in the US for 6 weeks, but no real solid album news has popped out yet, but hopefully something will because I want new music from her so badly so hopefully she has already begun work on the album. So do you think Adele will plan to release an album this year? The only thing holding me through this drought is that I know shes going to perform at the upcoming Oscars :).
