Rod Stewart's Christmas album sold 115,665 (+37%) copies today, for a total of I believe ~300-400,000 so far.
Michael Buble's Christmas album sold 52,615 (+102%), and has sold ~2.6 Million copies to date in the U.S.
The competition seems tougher than I though.
Michael's Christmas album however, was just officially re-released this Monday, so I would expect a huge rise in sales this week. And on top of that here are the two's current Itunes Positions:
