Celeb News: Justin Bieber denied a performance slot at the MTV VMAs… Aug 28th 2012, 16:31 Justin Bieber wants to perform at this years MTV VMAs but he has revealed on twitter that MTV won't let him because he's already performed at the Teen Choice Awards. Shortly after making that admission, he deleted his tweet. He wrote, for those that missed it: "I would perform at the VMAs but MTV said I can't because I did the Teen Choice Awards. All good. All love. But I'm down. Always ready". I've always heard about this rule for years that if you perform on a certain award show, you can't perform at the VMAs.
